Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with experience in Paylocity preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and discretion
What the job involves
- The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
- This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, providing administrative support, and assisting in HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing requests and providing timely resolutions and management of HR inbox
- Oversee the pre-employment onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and verifying references
- Manage termination processes in the HRIS system, ensuring all termination documents are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with the HR team to provide support on employee relations and HR-related matters
- Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management
- Coordinate HR team schedules, including new hire meetings, HR events, and other activities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks
- Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as assigned
