Relative insight started off using technology to compare the intent behind text messages - which it calls text analytics. The company was founded on the premise that this same technology is applicable in many areas of business, and could potentially form an important part of business analytics.
Now, Relative insight uses AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to generate actionable insights from text data. Since launch, it has found application for such a product in brand, marketing, employer relations, market research, voice of the customer, and competitor intelligence. It is no surprise that it has managed to bag many big-name clients as a result.
Following the success of the company in the UK, it is only logical that it seeks expansion for its products. The company believes the US market is ripe for text analytics in business intelligence and aims to focus its growth in the region for the next few years.
