Who you are

  • Experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations
  • Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs and marketing automation platforms would be considered if you demonstrate the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial, with the ability to communicate complex details in an engaging way to stakeholders across all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in high-growth environment where taking initiative is critical to success
  • Project management experience, with the ability to work on several things at once whilst prioritising the most important at any given time
  • Natural curiosity and desire to deeply understand and optimise tools and processes

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Operations to join our growing team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position, tasked with shaping and optimising our entire revenue funnel and with a particular emphasis on top-of-funnel activities
  • You will be instrumental in building scalable processes, managing our tech stack, and providing actionable insights that drive revenue growth
  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes, focusing on top-of-funnel marketing operations and seamless handoffs to sales and customer success
  • Create and manage a lead scoring framework, integrating multi-channel intent data to ensure timely and high-quality lead handoffs
  • Establish clear SLAs and processes for lead management, ensuring data cleanliness and seamless operations across the revenue funnel
  • Own the account scoring system, using ICP alignment, intent signals, web engagement, and lead activities to prioritise Marketing and Sales effort at account-level
  • Develop a comprehensive attribution model that enables marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed budget allocation decisions
  • Administer and enhance Hubspot and the marketing tech stack in partnership with demand generation, exploring new tools that support growth and scalability
  • Lead operational initiatives independently, from discovery and requirement gathering through to execution and documentation
  • Analyse revenue data to provide insights that inform strategy, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership, providing visibility into key metrics, pipeline health, and ROI on sales and marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain an operational roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, driving projects that enhance revenue team efficiency

Video is the fastest-growing form of content on the internet, with 78% of people watching online videos every week, and 55% every day. Editing video, however, remains a pain point for creators and marketers alike – who have to rely on bloated legacy platforms, the same tools used for feature films.

VEED is an online tool that aims to make video editing as simple as possible. With a user interface stripped down to the bare essentials, VEED allows creators and marketers to edit videos, add subtitles and credits, and share and distribute the end product. By specifically focusing on the needs of a social media-first audience, the founding team have created a product that integrates seamlessly with key platforms and can be used without training.

The platform has grown significantly since its launch in 2018, and now boasts hundreds of thousands of monthly active users, and month-to-month growth. The founders have ambitious growth plans for the coming decade as they build out their team and grow their user base to become the online video editing platform of choice.
