Senior Product Manager, Joy

• 4+ years of product management experience with B2B software
• You’ve shipped great products in a fast growing software company before
• You've strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• You're a great communicator both verbal and written. You write bulletproof documentation which engineers can interpret to build it right the first time
• You're extremely ambitious and willing to work hard at a fast-paced startup to get ahead
• You have a knack for injecting urgency and pace into processes and developing a rate of progress
• You’re happy working with a technical team that deals with ambiguity every day
• Ability to work as the sole product manager, and the heavy lifting e.g. writing tickets, prioritising feedback

Desirable

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design to development, launch, and ongoing enhancement
• Delivering day-to-day task planning to the tech team and facilitating communication and collaboration, acting as the primary point of contact for task-related queries and issues
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes to guide development teams and ensure successful product delivery
• Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights
• Working as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable plans
• Helping the team to prioritise what we're building, why we're building it, and when we should be building
• Working closely with customer-facing teams to ensure bugs, issues and training gaps are triaged and worked into the roadmap / escalated appropriately
