Our take
Consumer confidence in the security of their personal data has been significantly decaying due to the increase in online hacks. Alongside this is the implementation of new privacy laws that now require companies to provide individuals with their requested information, a task that proves to be a time-consuming endeavour, spanning weeks or even months.
In response to these challenges, an increasing number of companies such as Clubhouse, Groupon and Robinhood have turned to Transcend to manage their data privacy. Transcend is a software startup specializing in instantaneous retrieval and management of consumer data, offering solutions that enable companies to easily access or completely erase consumer data as required.
The heightened demands for better data privacy and security have been a long time coming. Coupled with the upcoming CPRA enforcement that requires companies to meet new regulations, Transcend is positioned to benefit from these challenges companies are now facing and will no doubt propel its brand even further within the data privacy world.
