• Win new business for SHOUT Agency in the UK by building pipeline, opening doors, and closing deals
• Own the full new-business process from prospecting and outreach through to pitching, negotiation, and close
• Proactively identify and target high-potential brands and sectors to create new commercial opportunities
• Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with strong deal velocity
• Lead pitches and client conversations with confidence, credibility, and a strong commercial mindset
• Run a consistent commercial rhythm across pipeline reviews, forecasting, and conversion tracking
• Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate to make performance visible and revenue more predictable
• Continuously improve SHOUT’s positioning, outreach, pitches, and proposals to increase win rates
• Grow the clients you win through upselling and cross-selling SHOUT’s wider creator, UGC, paid media, licensing, boosting, and platform solutions
• Build strong client relationships that position SHOUT as a long-term growth partner rather than simply a supplier
• Grow your remit over time into account leadership, team support, operations, and wider commercial responsibility as the UK agency scales
