Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Workleap

• Strong grasp of customer marketing fundamentals with experience in customer marketing and/or product marketing
• Experience and knowledge of SaaS technology/industry

• We seek someone to help build Workleap’s new Customer Marketing function across our product ecosystem
• More specifically, your main mission will be to focus on building and establishing the foundations of our customer base in the key areas of customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue expansion
• You will be working closely with the Workleap Customer Success and Account Management teams and drive net new value through new programs and initiatives
• Map the post-sale customer experience and journey, build programs and strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, advocacy, and loyalty
• Build a customer communication strategy, plan, and program which could include tactics like newsletters, product news, educational campaigns, or in-person/virtual events
• Ensure success throughout the customer journey through the augmentation of programs and initiatives developed by the Customer Success team
• Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates
• Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, references, speaking opportunities, etc
• Manage customer demand creation and generation initiatives through campaigns to increase renewals, referrals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and relaying customer feedback
• Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories, references, and quotes
• Drive the creation of special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training and reduce churn
• Identify customer segments who will benefit from new features and products and devise strategies on how to reach them
• Provide product and industry feedback given by advocates to the product marketing team
• Work collaboratively with all functions at Workleap, who work with our customers to ensure a consistent, positive interaction at every post-sale touchpoint
• Identify opportunities to tell our customers and users about our cross-vertical features and capabilities throughout the customer’s life cycle
• Manage up with senior stakeholders on strategic projects and issues
• Be recognized as an advocate and reference within the team regarding our customers’ pains, needs, etc
