Who you are

You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words
English quasi-fluent (B2+), spoken & written
You want to work on climate-impacting projects
Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. Previous experience in a startup is a plus. B2B SaaS is the cherry on the cake 🍰
It’s a plus if you happen to be in Paris (or keen to relocate); otherwise we are committed to building a remote-first team, and we will just need to be sure to do the most stringent carbon removal after the regular in-person team gatherings
You master at least one programming language and you are able to write code that respects the very best practices.
You have a solid knowledge of the core computer science concepts, such as algorithms and data structures.

What the job involves

You will play a key role in developing modules and features for a **B2B software** dedicated to serving business customers centered on the topics of climate and carbon
You will be responsible for designing the **software and infrastructures** from A to Z, across our entire stack
You will work on climate-related **datasets**, carbon computing **models**, and **data-processing** algorithms
You will also get a chance to build the **user interface** to bring value to the clients
You will help improve the way the team works by proposing new methods and by developing internal tools
