- 3-5 years of communications experience, with an interest in building a career in corporate communications at a tech company
- Strong project manager (experience supporting communication campaigns a plus!)

- Resourceful and motivated communicator who can independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment

What the job involves
- As a member of the Executive Communications team, you’ll help us bring to life our team’s goal to engage, inspire, and activate our various audiences
- Everything moves quickly at a high-growth company, and we’re looking for someone to work across the many facets of our team
- This includes leading operations for our team, acting as a project manager for our integrated communications plans and supporting our communications ecosystem and editorial strategy
- In a nutshell, you’ll support the holistic ServiceNow integrated communications motion by writing compelling content and keeping things moving smoothly
- Writing –You’ll write engaging stories for a variety of audiences, including C-suite and for our own ServiceNow employees
- You’re comfortable in ghostwriting and sharing stories about leadership lessons, the importance of customer digital transformations, and how ServiceNow makes the world work better (to name a few!)
- You’re also comfortable creating pithy LinkedIn posts to share written assets/stories
- Team operations and editorial support – As a jack of all trades, you will help improve our team processes and editorial management
- And, you’ll measure success towards our team’s goals
- This will include measuring engagement across all internal and external channels and connecting to business partner metrics that show where we’ve been and help us determine what’s next (this will all go into our quarterly metrics PowerPoint deck that you’ll help with)
- Project management – You’ll make sure work flows seamlessly as we execute against our integrated communication plans, including Global Field events
- Our team works with the Employee Communications, Corporate Communications, and the office of Customer Outcomes

The company was founded in 2004 with a vision to build a cloud-based platform that would enable regular people to route work effectively through the enterprise.

ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
