- First professional experience in similar position and scope in e-commerce or an agency

- Experience in short and long-term resource planning
- Excellent skills in adapting communication style to depending on the stakeholder, situation and objective, with the ability to negotiate successfully when faced with competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. English fluency is a must
- Comfort to work efficiently and effectively
- Experience and comfort in using data as part of the decision making process and result evaluation
What the job involves
- The Creative Operations Team Europe at Wayfair is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations & Media Associate to support the seamless execution of creative and media campaigns across multiple channels
- This role sits at the intersection of project management, media operations, and creative execution, working closely with designers, copywriters, producers, and media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- This is a multifaceted role that requires adaptability and a hands-on approach—supporting day-to-day creative project management while also stepping in to assist with media planning, vendor management, and process optimization
- Own and drive the campaigns workstream within the European creative operations team
- Work alongside other creative managers (design, copy) in planning and implementing creative work in order to successfully deliver all campaigns planned for the year
- Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure goals and expectations for all campaigns / promotions meet strategic business objectives
- Onboard, oversee and manage creative freelancers, as required, to ensure a seamless and successful collaboration with the entire team
- Plan and monitor the creative execution and our biggest, global omni-channel campaigns for Europe in close collaboration with our teams in North America
- Establish and continuously strive to optimize the creative operational workflows
- Challenge input briefs, identify gaps or inconsistencies in order to facilitate an efficient creative kick off and execution towards clearly defined objectives
- Oversee the overall brand, promotion & communications execution calendar to forecast and solve for the capacity requirements along project milestones
- Plan, organize and oversee the creative work in Sprints, applying agile SCRUM methodologies and being comfortable in using common tools to organise the work
- Know about the key operational metrics and analyse them to determine project success and gain insights for gaining further efficiencies in creative operations
- Keep track of and facilitate cost and invoice management
