Marketing & Partnerships Manager, DUSK

• Able to work from our Shoreditch office 3 days a week+.
• Demonstrable marketing experience, with 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Creative and passionate about executing marketing ideas outside of the office.
• Strong communicator with excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills; able to easily adapt to the Dusk tone-of-voice.

Desirable

• Be a creative thinker; at Dusk, we do not rely heavily on paid ads.
• Plan and executing user-acquisition campaigns via social, events and other marketing; support Dusk's growth initiatives by driving in-bound leads and building brand awareness.
• Brokering and managing affiliate partnerships for our brand reward programme, as well as collaborative marketing partnerships.
• Leading on experiential marketing/event ideas and implementation.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and the best possible content and spend optimisation; managing A/B campaigns and applying learnings across creatives, and other strategies.
• Manage external marketing agencies from PR to influencer marketing.
• Continuous work to enhance ROI; managing a budget and allocating proper spending across all channels.
• Work closely with brand creative and copywriting teams to build content and creative marketing assets.
