Patientpop provides patient engagement and marketing services for U.S. healthcare providers. This all-in-one solution automates communication processes, engages patients and helps health professionals carry out their work more efficiently.
Once in place, the platform can manage the entire patient journey from initial approach to discharge. During the pandemic, Patientpop launched a Telehealth service that enabled virtual consultations to take place. The solution proved popular with both patients and health professionals as it reduced risk whilst still allowing care to take place.
The healthcare market is fast latching on to digital, and Patientpop has several competitors, including WELL Health and NexHealth, both of which offer similar services. However, Patientpop also provides marketing solutions and reputational management, which is appealing for health professionals who are often time-poor. There are more than 1 million healthcare providers in the US, so there is a huge opportunity for businesses that offer these companies an easy way to digitise their systems.
