The company is growing rapidly - Juni has increased its total transaction volume by almost 500% month-on-month in the recent period and it currently has over 250 customers.
The startup aims to become a one-stop shop in financial matters for digital entrepreneurs in order to allow them to focus on growing their business instead of managing their finances. The platform integrates with banks and payment providers and it automates admin work functions such as invoicing. Moreover, the platform also distinguishes itself in the market by providing business owners with various benefits, such as zero FX fees on multi-currency accounts and 1% cashback on business expenditures.
Juni has recently raised $52M, which will be invested in tripling its workforce and in building and launching a credit line product for its clients. Instead of collaborating with outside specialists like most traditional banking platforms, the startup aims to create the new product in-house, which will allow it to build a proprietary product tailored for e-commerce businesses.
