• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Leadership in DevOps: 6+ years of experience in leading DevOps teams, with a proven track record in adopting DevOps practices and culture, as well as implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks within a global organization
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Strong expertise in managing and implementing cloud platforms such as GCP, 4 years of GCP
• Containerization and Infrastructure Automation: In-depth knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, enabling the automation of deployments and system management tasks, as well as integration with various APIs and data management systems
• Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with and leading diverse teams across multiple levels of the organization
