Director of Product Management, Splice

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in product management, growth, or optimization roles for B2C software products, with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth results
• Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, funnel optimization, A/B testing, monetization strategies, and data-driven decision-making
• Proven leadership experience — building, mentoring, and scaling growth or product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership
• Proven track record of driving conversion rate improvements and increasing user retention through structured experimentation and iterative optimization
• Strong execution skills, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on prioritization, project management, and rapid iteration
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and align stakeholders around growth priorities

• Define, establish, and monitor key growth metrics (conversion, retention, revenue per user, churn) to measure impact, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth product team, building a culture of experimentation, agility, and accountability
• Personally contribute to day-to-day growth initiatives — defining hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly based on learnings
