Our take
The advent of open banking brings with it a haul of benefits for consumers, including easier access to credit and quicker, simpler payments. This also means that providing open banking enables banking services businesses to better serve their customers and stand out against the competition.
Neonomics is here to power open banking. It does so by supplying solutions for personal finance, plus enabling finance businesses to provide these solutions to their customers. Its offerings include open banking payments, AI-powered finance planning, and an API which enables direct bank payments to be added into apps or websites.
The company has done well so far, and has secured custom from businesses including Worldline, Kivra and Link Mobility. Having expanded beyond its native Norway to serve the rest of the Nordics - as well as the UK and other European regions - Neonomics is already well on its way to achieving its goal of powering cutting-edge finance across Europe.
