What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our growing team
- You will work closely with cross-functional business partners to deliver analytical solutions and support decision-making across the organization
- Reports To: Director of Analytics
- Leverage business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and resources to deliver reports that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to define key metrics and track business performance
- Support data-driven decision-making by conducting ad hoc analyses and presenting clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, as well as design and deploy data models
- Expand capabilities and capacity for advanced analytics and data science using Python
- Partner with data engineering to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across reporting systems
- Contribute to scaling the analytics function by improving processes, standardizing reporting, and automating recurring analyses
