Who you are

We are looking for an ambitious and charismatic Business Development Associate who believes in our vision and is excited to join our growing team at Future London Academy. The role involves developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and helping new and existing clients find the right course for their needs
5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle: from spotting opportunities and prospecting to outreach and closing deals
Confident presenting at events, cold calling, and leading discovery or demo sessions — both online and face-to-face
Motivated to make a strong impact as an individual contributor
Persuasive, resourceful, and driven to deliver results
Ready to roll up sleeves in a fast-growing company — whether that’s handling admin or pitching to global brands

What the job involves

This is a sales position for an individual contributor, with plenty of room to grow with the company.
You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales journey — from prospecting to closing deals. It’s a demanding role with ambitious targets, but also one where success is highly rewarded.
