Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication Design, or a similar.
Proven experience (3–8 years) in brand and visual design (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Strong portfolio showcasing branding and identity work across a diverse range of assets (digital, print, video etc).
Experience in delivering on brand, relevant and meaningful assets.
Experience with developing brand strategies
Ability to balance creativity with clarity in fast-moving projects.
The ability to manage highly varied requirements, from exhibition stand design, digital marketing, video and print.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Desirable

Experience in Information Design. The ability to create compelling charts, diagrams, and narratives that make complex insights accessible.

What the job involves

Overall ownership of the visual brand Identity and its application across Internal and external assets
Develop and refine our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
Typography & Layout: Design clean, effective assets across digital and print.
Presentations: Craft persuasive decks that communicate ideas with clarity and impact
Develop and maintain our master brand templated assets library
Marketing strategy support
Lead regular internal training to update teams on design changes and best practices
Collaboration: the role involves working with all teams to some degree; Growth, Research & Analysis, Operations, Product and Engineering.
Please note, ExTrac provides services to a number of different government clients, some of which specify nationality criteria for individuals seeking Security Clearance (SC). Given this, we can only consider applications from individuals who hold a passport from the UK, another NATO member state, Australia or New Zealand
