Who you are

Proven experience (3–8 years) in brand/visual design (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, branding, and data visualisation
Experience in information design, data visualisation, or a related design discipline
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Ability to balance creativity with clarity in fast-moving projects
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, or a related field

Desirable

Experience with data visualisation tools (Illustrator, Tableau, Flourish)

What the job involves

Typography & Layout: Design clean, effective assets across digital and print
Branding & Identity: Develop and refine our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
Data Visualisation & Storytelling: Create compelling charts, diagrams, and narratives that make complex insights accessible.
Presentations: Craft persuasive decks that communicate ideas with clarity and impact
Collaboration: Work with researchers, strategists, and product teams to bring ideas to life visually
Please note, ExTrac provides services to a number of different government clients, some of which specify nationality criteria for individuals seeking Security Clearance (SC). Given this, we can only consider applications from individuals who hold a passport from the UK, another NATO member state, Australia or New Zealand
