• Some previous experience gained from working in a marketing team or learnt via digital marketing courses like General Assembly, Trailblazer or Hubspot
• Confident and articulate communicator, capable of strong collaboration
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• An appetite to learn and grow with the role
• Good organisational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
• Far more important to us is an inquisitive mindset, willingness to learn and a can-do attitude

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and talented CRM Assistant to join our team as we continue to develop the customer communications strategy across various customer touch-points (Email, Push and SMS)
• This is an opportunity to learn, train and grow your expertise in marketing technologies (primarily SFMC), insights and analytics and strategy
• Co-ordinate, build and execute multi-channel (push, email and SMS) customer journey communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting lessons and using these to guide your future ideas
• Support with trends tracking and competitor communications, providing opinions and thoughts on what others are doing in the industry
