Enterprise Account Manager, FORM

• Success: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and account growth metrics

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred)
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
• Proven track record of quota and retention achievement

• As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients — understanding their needs, demonstrating how our solutions can drive business outcomes, and ensuring long-term success
• You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong multi-level relationships with stakeholders
• Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or named accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention goals
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their success and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure clients receive best-in-class support and service
• Understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions using our industry-leading mobile data collection platform
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce)
• Drive contract negotiations and renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or risks
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
