Who you are

Join Uberall’s finance team and play a key role as Financial Operations Analyst in managing and forecasting customer revenue
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the Sales team with all financial topics and assist with daily accounting tasks
2-3 years of previous experience with accounting
Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting processes
Analytical mindset
Ability to work remotely independently and with a team
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and cross-check information from various sources
Fluent business English, would be a plus if you can speak German and/or French
SaaS experience would be an advantage
Preferably, previous experience using Salesforce, Netsuite and Pigment

What the job involves

Join Uberall’s finance team and play a key role as Financial Operations Analyst in managing and forecasting customer revenue
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the Sales team with all financial topics and assist with daily accounting tasks
You'll forecast and reconcile monthly revenue, using the available data points MRR / ARR Flash (Monthly / Annual Recurring Revenue)
Compare Flash to actuals at month end to ensure all revenue & changes have been captured, revenue recognition is shown correctly and any variances are understood and explained to VP Finance and CFO
Validation of new deal bookings according to our internal policies and monthly reporting
Finance business partner for the Sales Organization regarding all financial questions in regards of RFPs, deal structures etc
Support the EMEA accounting team with daily and monthly financial and accounting activities
