Who you are

Foundational Data Analysis Skills: Strong grasp of statistical methods and user-behavior data interpretation
SQL Proficiency: Comfortable writing queries and working with relational databases
Dashboard & Visualisation: Hands-on experience creating clear, interactive dashboards (e.g., with tools like Hex, Posthog, or similar)
Exposure to A/B Testing: Understanding of experimental design, running tests, and analyzing results
SQL for data exploration, queries, and analysis
Python (basic to intermediate) for data manipulation and scripting

Desirable

Familiarity with financial modelling and metrics is a plus

What the job involves

Analyse & Transform Data: Explore vast datasets, convert raw data into features for our web application, and develop new requirements based on your findings
Design & Run A/B Tests: From hypothesis to analysis, refine product features and user experience by examining user and product analytics
Data Preparation: Retrieve, clean, and structure datasets for the Chief Data Scientist and R&D teams
Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, translating complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work at the intersection of the company, supporting R&D, Commercial, App, and Engineering teams with data-driven solutions
