Role
Who you are
- We're seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, a knack for execution, and a passion for creative problem-solving
- You should have at least 5 years of product management experience at a high-growth small company or an established technology-led organization
- You’ve led the vision and development of products or large-scale platforms, with at least one example of taking a product end-to-end, from ideation to launch, iteration and scale
- You come with a track record of navigating competing priorities between evolving existing features and investing in next gen technologies
- In addition to engineering and design, you should have experience working with data science teams
- You are able to drive alignment from strategy to execution, and across a wide range of stakeholders
- To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You are a systems thinker, with an appetite for digging deep into the data, and thinking from first principles
- You define clear success metrics and embrace experimentation, getting creative at figuring out ways to learn faster
- You act like an owner
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and has a strong bias towards action
- You pair strong problem solving skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
