Role
Who you are
- Preferred candidate will have 1 year of media experience on media buying on Meta
- Minimum 1 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within a DTC business in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results
- Exposure to marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and collaborate effectively with creative teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships
- Passion for pets and an understanding of pet owners' needs and preferences is a plus
What the job involves
- Acquisition Channel Optimisation: Collaborate with the Growth Lead to optimise various acquisition channels, including but not limited to paid search, social media advertising, influencer partnerships, referral and affiliate marketing and subscriber reactivation
- Paid Media Optimisation: Analyse performance metrics, help conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine paid media campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition
- Creative Ideation and Briefing: Generate innovative and compelling creative ideas for marketing campaigns, working closely with the creative agency to develop impactful visuals, copy, and assets that resonate with our target audience
- Customer Retention Improvements: Contribute to strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention rates, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and account side engagement initiatives
- Initiatives to Increase AOV: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that increase the average order value through upselling, cross-selling, bundling, and other tactics
- Assist with New Product Development and Launches: Support the launch of new products by providing insights, developing marketing plans, and ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience throughout the product life cycle
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyse marketing performance data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and optimise strategies for growth
