- You are a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for building exceptional software products. With strong technical and communication skills, you bridge the gap between product vision and execution, ensuring every step aligns with our goals and delivers real value to users.
- Experience: 1-3 years in product management, software development.
- Agile Methodologies: Practical experience with agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of software development tools like JIRA and GitHub
- Communication: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Startup Experience: Experience in a startup or other fast-paced environme
- User Research: Familiarity with user research and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
- UX/UI Understanding: Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Experience with product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
What the job involves
- Backlog & Agile Management: Write and prioritise user stories and tickets, refine the product backlog, and lead agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Removing Blockers & Ensuring Quality: Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure timely delivery, collaborating with engineering, operations, and QA teams to maintain high-quality standards
- Stakeholder Communication & Strategy: Keep stakeholders informed on progress and risks, while contributing to the product vision and roadmap through market research and analysis.
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain up-to-date product documentation and drive process improvements, staying current with industry trends and best practices
