Who you are
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and hold roles accountable for project delivery success
- Outstanding attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to lead efforts to optimise project delivery and enhance scalability and performance
- Experience working on cross-functional and multi-partner projects, ideally within the education sector
- Proficient in managing large-scale project budgets and experience with novel platform/technology projects
- Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and practical understanding of project management platforms (including ClickUp)
Desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements when entering new regions, especially North America
- Knowledge of the early careers sector is a bonus
- Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones and familiarity with new territory expansions
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex project plans to diverse audiences
What the job involves
- In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring on-track and on-budget project delivery by closely collaborating with allocated team members
- Additionally, you will work alongside our Chief Strategy Officer to design and implement the delivery process for expansion/strategic projects
- Design and develop effective expansion project management frameworks that align with our organisation's strategic objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align capacity to project requirements and ensure the successful delivery of projects within timelines and budgets
- Work closely with allocated team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
- Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify and eliminate pinch-points and delivery concerns, optimising project delivery
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of projects are carefully managed and problems are proactively addressed
- Apply strategic thinking to connect project needs with business capacity, ensuring scalability and performance in project delivery
- Act as a self-starter, leading efforts to optimise project delivery and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate complex project plans to various audiences, utilising strong presentation skills when necessary

Springpod was awarded £4 million in Series A funding in 2023, and will use this investment to further enhance its platform for young people.
