What the job involves
- Your primary purpose as the Sales Associate is to empower students to pursue their educational dreams. You will do this by converting prospects into Income Share Agreements (ISAs)
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students and helping them find the best match
- Your focus will be on converting leads into signed contracts, ensuring high conversion rates and prompt enrollment
- Find creative and efficient ways to pick up leads (from our website, from partners, through campaigns etc) and follow up with potential students
- Be the expert in resident about courses our partners offer and use this to convert quality leads into students - you are selling the dream of acquiring tech and digital skills through our financing solutions
- Help students with a quick and seamless onboarding, do frequent follow-ups, jump on a call with them or do a webinar - whatever it takes!
- Educate students on ISAs (income share agreement) to ensure they understand all features and benefits of this financing type
- Take full ownership of the entire sales process and manage the pipeline of prospects
- Work closely with our operations team to streamline the enrollment process and enhance conversion rates
- Identify trends and patterns in lead generation and conversion and implement improvements and automation

StudentFinance uses an Income Share Agreements (ISA) model, which enables students to begin their studies at no cost, only becoming liable to pay the loan back once they've obtained employment and are earning above a certain wage. The company works with multiple stakeholders in this space - students who are looking to build a career, schools looking for partnerships, and employers looking for top talent.
The company has managed over €15 million worth of education financing and is looking to reach €800 million, upskilling over 200,000 people. StudentFinance plans to use its most recent funding to expand operations into new markets, such as Germany, while further establishing itself within the UK. With the global reskilling market expected to reach $1.4 trillion by 2025, there is ample growth opportunity for the company.
