Role
Who you are
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience preferred
- Familiar with digital marketing environment, media platforms (Google Search, Facebook, Programmatic)
- Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative KPIs
- Exposure to data and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Attribution)
- Experience with collaborating and coordinating with internal and external teams
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, takes initiatives, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Eager to learn and passionate about digital landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field
- Affinity for the music and live entertainment industry
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Digital Media Manager to be part of Live Nation Entertainment’s Digital Media Strategy Team, which is responsible for ushering in the next evolution of event marketing via innovative digital marketing campaigns
- This role will help coordinate the strategy, development, and execution of digital campaigns for Ticketmaster
- This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders including channel partners, category managers, and external partners
- This role will report directly to the Sr Manager, Strategy and Planning
- Support in the execution of integrated digital campaigns across all Paid channels, including but not limited to Search, Social and Programmatic
- Project manage and coordinate digital campaigns across multiple sports and music categories including NFL, NBA, NHL, Concerts, and Theater, among others
- Collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights to drive digital media investment decisions
- Research and analyze market trends and fan insight data to inform campaign strategy
- Responsible for managing the trafficking, processing, delivery, and reporting for digital ad campaigns
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional partners including design, brand, marketing, product, analytics, and finance
- Be a team player - work with team members to achieve weekly and monthly targets on an ongoing basis

Despite its dominant position in the market, the company saw an 84% drop in revenue during 2020 and the closure of live events. Since then, however, demand has been stronger than ever for their ticket sales.
