Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone empathetic, patient, and team-oriented, with a degree in economics, psychology, or a related field, and ideally experience in fintech or finance
- Proficiency in German and English is essential, with additional languages as a plus
- Education & experience: Degree in economics, psychology or business psychology, or a comparable field is a plus. Initial experience through relevant internships or working student activities in the fintech / financial industry or customer success is desirable
- Personal strengths: Empathetic, patient, meticulous and polite - you understand how to respond to the needs of customers
- Team spirit & communication: You enjoy working in a team and love contact with customers. Very good German and English skills are a must; other languages are an advantage
- Solution-oriented: You think in terms of solutions rather than problems and are prepared to explain complex issues in an understandable way
What the job involves
- As a Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure exceptional client support by managing inquiries, educating clients on new asset classes, and resolving challenges with a solution-focused approach
- You’ll collaborate with product teams to incorporate client feedback and improve our platform while fostering strong client relationships
- Building and developing the Customer Success Team: Create processes that provide excellent support to our customers
- Manage customer requests: Be the first point of contact for our customers and help with questions about trading, payments and private markets
- Translate customer requests: Work closely with our product and investment teams. Incorporate customer feedback directly into the further development of our platform
- Client Education & Support: Help our clients understand new asset classes and make informed investment decisions
- Complaint Management: Find solution-oriented approaches to complex issues and ensure that clients remain satisfied

Through NAO's approach, private equity, venture capital, and custom capital market investments are no longer for the few.
