- Strong communication and partnership skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Working understanding of metrics and recruiting KPIs
- Comfort with negotiation & difficult conversations

- As a Recruiter supporting our Sales and Generalist functions, you’ll play a meaningful role in making sure that we’re building diverse and inclusive teams that help drive business growth
- Your ability to think outside of the box to get in front of the nation’s best talent, paired with your passion for creating an efficient and highly personalized candidate experience, and your ability to build incredible relationships with our internal stakeholders will impact our employees, patients and providers for years to come
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Demonstrating consistent expertise in managing multiple requisitions, titles, and tenures
- Partner closely with hiring managers on hiring needs - routinely keeping them in the loop with the recruitment process
- Regularly track pipeline data and insights to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by communicating with candidates from beginning to end
- Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and reporting, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
- Champion building diverse teams. Build strong diverse pipelines, source passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants
- Build strong internal relationships and work cross-functionally with the greater HR team (including but not limited to HR Business Partners, Compensation, etc.)

The platform allows millions of users each month to view open appointment times with doctors, book instantly online, read verified reviews, and keep up-to-date with checkups. The platform works for both in-person and virtual care – the latter of which has seen a substantial increase in demand. Zocdoc is one of the few companies tackling these problems in healthcare.
The company has solidified its position in the SaaS space, in part by forming partnerships with companies such as WellHive, a leader in digital care, to drive healthcare support for veterans. Going forward, Zocdoc will continue to invest in its platform to optimize its services for its users.
