Who you are
- 5+ years of GTM & G&A SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
- Proven success hiring for Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, including senior-level positions
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement
- Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
What the job involves
- Fivetran is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in GTM & G&A roles to join our team on an initial 6-month contractor basis.
- In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring teams to identify and hire top GTM & G&A talent while championing Fivetran’s values
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, primarily in North America
- Partner with GTM & G&A leaders, providing strategic hiring guidance
- Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes
- Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts

After a few slower years since graduating from Y Combinator in 2013, Fivetran has skyrocketed, consistently raising large sums of funding, including an Andreessen Horowitz-backed $565m Series D round in 2021.
Customers are mostly data analysts at companies with inefficient database schema, who suffer from a high risk of project failures. Fivetran offers rapid integration of complex data services into cloud warehouses, tagging onto the trend towards cloud-based data systems.
By developing and continuously improving cloud applications that adapt to changing APIs and data schemas, Fivetran is attracting customers who seek long-term data viability. Fivetran also benefits from being easy to set up and integrate into a client's existing software.
After acquiring HVR, a data integration competitor, and Teleport Data, Fivetran continues to add functionality and customers via acquisition. A round of funding in 2023 paved the way for expansion into European and Asian markets.
