Director of Product Management, Pumpkin

• A minimum of 2 years experience leading a team of product managers
• 8+ years of product management experience, owning the end-to-end lifecycle
• Mastery of key product management concepts, including a deep technical understanding of how software works, how to structure a good sprint process, and how to take a product from concept through launch
• Sound decision making skills and demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, agile environment with comfortability managing competing priorities
• Effective communication skills and ability to articulate your opinions and perspectives while collaborating, compromising, and building consensus
