Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Track record of success in focusing on building teams, not just closing roles
- A relentlessly high bar for talent. This includes conducting effective interviews and making informed hiring decisions
- Experience working with ATSs for managing candidate pipelines and recruiting processes, as well as proficiency with Google products (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Experience with our suite of tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Ashby (soon!)
What the job involves
- We seek a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our fast-growing team
- In this pivotal role, you will lead our recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various departments
- You will report into Rho’s Head of Talent and partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals
- Your insights will help shape our employer branding initiatives and enhance our candidate experience
- This role is based out of our SoHo office 5 days a week
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization
- Drive full life cycle recruiting by utilizing diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections
- Uphold a high standard for operational excellence in talent. Maintain inbox- and inbound-zero
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Leading offer calls and negotiations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and selection
- Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and enhance overall hiring effectiveness

Rho was founded to address the growing need among small and medium-sized businesses for a unified solution to manage corporate spending and cash flow. Aiming to serve companies with 30 to 500 employees, Rho designed its platform to create seamless workflows across banking, corporate cards, and accounts payable.
The company introduced Rho AP, an accounts payable product, followed by a corporate card in partnership with Sterling Bank, enhancing its offering for businesses looking for efficiency in managing financial operations. With a clear focus on product strategy and growth, Rho has been expanding its team and integrating AI capabilities into its platform to stay ahead of the evolving fintech landscape.
