- Fluent in English
- Travel industry experience
- Significant experience in account management or customer success is required (SMB)

What the job involves
- We are looking for a customer-oriented and result-driven candidate to join our Account Management Team
- As an Account Manager at TravelPerk, you will be actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction as well as working to increase growth and margin within existing accounts
- In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of small and medium sized accounts (SMB) within the UKI markets
- Own a portfolio of small and medium (SMB) customers within our UKI markets
- Develop a high level of engagement with your accounts and key decision makers that shape their business travel programmes
- Gain a deep understanding of your customers business and be able to leverage this information to ensure that the customer maximises their usage of TravelPerk
- Identify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business opportunities
- Be an expert on the portfolio of TravelPerk products in order to meet & exceed quarterly targets of up-selling and cross-selling
- Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders
- Identify common problems within each account and develop strategies to solve issues in a timely manner whilst creating methods to ensure long term solutions
- Act as a key contact between the internal TravelPerk teams and the Account Management Team, to ensure product integrations during roll-outs are as smooth as possible
- Effectively prioritise your time in order to maximise impact in key business areas
Our take
Although business travellers are often at the forefront of driving company growth, booking travel is typically a logistical nightmare as corporate travel tools are underdeveloped and stuck way in the past. TravelPerk has built a platform free from micromanagement, creating an experience that puts business travellers first.
TravelPerk's number of active users has grown year on year. Further, as well as more customers using the platform, those on it are using it more regularly. This is a clear signal that TravelPerk has a product-market fit and is in scaling mode. The company has more than 2,000 customers, including scaleups like GetYourGuide, Breilting, Aesop and Medskin.
According to TravelPerk, its unit economics are strong already, which puts it in a good position to grow without diluting itself too much through investment. The company is still innovating and is planning to release more products that will give the business traveller more freedom and flexibility than ever before. A US expansion included the 2024 acquisition of AmTrav, whilst the acquisition of AI spend management leader Yokoy in Europe indicates a period of international scaling. Further exemplifying this is its Series E funding of $200 million awarded in 2025, which raised TravelPerk's valuation to $2.7 billion and will help it continue its growth.
