What the job involves
- Cross-functional collaboration: Lead the engineering side of a product development process in which there is close collaboration with product and design teams
- Test-driven development: Ensure component-based and test-driven development and own direct feedback to clients about fixed bugs
- Team enablement: Develop systematic code standards and documentation that ensures quick onboarding of new engineers
- Scalability: Develop architectural blueprints and data structures that ensure high code-quality and fast product evolution
- Excellent communication: You excel at working remotely (proactive, reliable through commitment, driven by empathy, be fun and stay human)
