• We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Communications & Marketing Manager to lead our global communications and marketing efforts
• Reporting to our General Counsel & Head of Corporate Affairs, you will help to drive the company’s ambitious growth plans by creating and implementing effective strategies for internal and external audiences
• In addition to being an excellent strategist, your broad skillset will enable you to deliver effectively and efficiently on the day-to-day running of the communications and marketing function
• To succeed, you will need first class communication, project management and organisational skills, coupled with experience of building strong relationships with colleagues, senior managers, partners and stakeholders around the world
• Devise and deliver comprehensive communications and marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategy and business plan
• Create and distribute a steady flow of multimedia content (e.g. press releases, case studies, blogs, promotional videos, social media posts, etc.) across a range of internal and external platforms to highlight the company’s strengths and achievements
• Effectively manage and maintain the company’s digital platforms, including its website, social media pages and corporate Intranet
• Ensure that all communications and marketing materials accurately reflect the brand and our key messages
• Increase brand awareness by promoting thought-leadership opportunities, as well as participation in industry events and awards recognition
• Lead on media relations, identifying opportunities for proactive contribution and building strong relationships with trade and national journalists
• Monitor media and social media sentiment on the company to support the management of reputational risk
• Measure analytics and outcomes of all communications campaigns to understand our impact and where we can improve performance
• Manage relationships with the company’s public relations and creative agencies
• Provide first-class crisis and change management communications support
• Advise colleagues on best practice communications and marketing approaches
• Oversee the production and distribution of corporate reports and promotional materials, including presentations and the annual ESG report
• Support local teams in different countries with the promotion, organisation and execution of company events and sustainability initiatives
• Work with senior colleagues on the effective roll-out of internal communications
• Actively participate in core working groups to help drive the company’s efforts on key topics like its values, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion
• Manage the communications and marketing budget
• Support the broader work of the General Counsel & Head of Corporate Affairs as required
