What the job involves
- Map existing operational processes across finance, HR, and security, and identify opportunities to streamline
- Explore and propose automation solutions, using tools like Claude, Google Apps Script, and no-code platforms
- Support the build and ongoing refinement of company dashboards, helping ensure we have clear, accurate visibility across key operational metrics
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external company events
- Think across all angles — logistics, communications, vendor coordination, day-of experience — and take ownership of your workstream
- Gain hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Help keep budgets and financial records accurate, supporting our accountants on ad-hoc tasks
- Support the maintenance of our ISO 27001 compliance programme, keeping documentation, policies, and evidence logs current
- Help prepare the business for SOC 2 certification, including gap analysis support and control documentation
