- You're customer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about optimising customer journeys

- A genuine passion for CRM with proven experience in a similar role
- Financial and commercial savviness regarding achieving revenue and volume targets
- Experience with direct marketing communications - including email, push & in-app notifications – in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Prior experience in handling CRM activities for subscription businesses is useful
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms, including awareness of integrating with innovative marketing technologies
- Understanding of segmentation and targeting strategies
- Highly competent copywriter in English with experience of crafting engaging stories and messages for marketing purposes
- A knowledge of the digital landscape from channel marketing through to web and app delivery
- Thrives in an environment of cross functional collaboration
What the job involves
- As a Marketing Executive, Customer Conversion & Engagement, you will play an important role in developing and implementing campaigns to improve customer conversion & engagement, thereby driving subscription & revenue growth across our portfolio of brands
- With a deep understanding of customer conversion journeys, martech, and multichannel campaigns, you will drive subscription growth across print and digital alongside our Active Known Users OKRs
- Ensure timely delivery of multichannel campaigns (email, push, website) to drive known audiences to engage with content by means of repeat visits on our website/app and convert them to paying customers (subscriptions, event ticket purchase, ecommerce)
- Work with your Manager to develop and implement multichannel customer onboarding and early engagement journeys
- Deliver landing pages and checkouts alongside Product & Technology teams across Immediate’s portfolio of brands
- Work in partnership with the Product & Technology teams and external suppliers to deliver improvements in UX experiences across the web and app journeys
- Utilise our new CDP tool, Twilio Segment, to gain insights into our audiences and better segment and target to improve conversion rates (subscriptions, event ticket purchase, ecommerce) and early engagement scores
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and objectives and proactively make recommendations on developments and improvements
- Recommend ideas for A/B testing on a regular basis and implement these tests aligned with a testing roadmap
- Provide regular competitor analysis to benchmark performance and learn best practice
- Work closely with Brand teams and the Acquisition team to deliver customer focussed conversion and engagement marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with Customer Retention and Loyalty team to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience
- Develop detailed and precise creative briefs and partner with Creative Studio to deliver strong marketing campaigns that deliver results
- Collaborate with Product & Technology and Data teams to champion best practices for multivariate testing and marketing automation
