• As a Relyance AI Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in our success as you manage lead generation, new business prospecting, and partner with our Sales team to grow business across multiple industries and geographies
• Qualifying and generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach activities
• Articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information through multiple communication channels
• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
• Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
• Keeping up with product, service information, and updates, and generating updated email scripts
• Keeping Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads updated and current
• Documenting every prospect interaction in Salesforce, including LinkedIn messages, phone calls, emails, etc
• Following approved practices for outreach to prospective customers
