- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise prompts
- Familiarity with Python programming and basic data analysis techniques
What the job involves
- You will be part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the world. As we scale, we need a Prompt Engineering Intern who can contribute to building high-quality AI solutions quickly. You will collaborate with the AI and product teams at Rillavoice to develop and optimize prompts that power our conversation intelligence software
- Design and implement effective prompts for various NLP tasks in our AI pipeline
- Conduct experiments to test and iterate on prompt designs, analyzing their impact on model performance
- Contribute to building a prompt library to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
- Collaborate with the team to solve complex NLP challenges and push our AI capabilities forward
Our take
Managing a sales team is incredibly tricky and time intensive, especially when pitches are taking place offline and face-to-face. Leaders need to spend hours attending meetings with reps in order to provide proper coaching. This is what Rillavoice is setting out to change with its speech analytics software.
By recording the sales conversation, Rillavoice automatically transcribes and analyzes it using Artificial Intelligence. This then provides real data on what's working for top performers, smart sales tips, and virtual ridealongs for coaching. This has proven to boost conversion by 50%, and management's visibility by 24%.
The company's software can be applied to a variety of different industries, including home services, telecom, solar energy, pharma, insurance, CPG, payments and retail. There's significant opportunity in the space (with 85% of commerce still happening offline in the US) and having secured seed funding, the company is in a strong position to make in impact.
