Who you are
- You are currently enrolled at a German university and studying Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- You have a keen interest in technology, technical support, and quality assurance processes
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and can manage your time efficiently while working on multiple tasks
- You are available to work 20 hours per week and are looking for a long-term position
- You speak fluent German and English
What the job involves
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product functionality and reliability
- Identify, document, and track software bugs, working closely with software engineers to address and resolve issues
- Collaborate with product designers and software engineers to verify new features and functionality during the development cycle
- Contribute to test planning and recommend improvements to QA and support workflows
- Assist in maintaining and updating technical documentation, guides, and FAQs to streamline support processes
- Collaborate with our community manager to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by our users promptly and effectively

Compared to user-generated recipe sites, Kitchen Stories has maintained a strong focus on creating high-quality content. What's more, it allows users to find recipes based on the ingredients they already have. The company has scaled rapidly since its launch, and now boasts a database of around 11 million recipes.
Kitchen Stories's main challenge will be competing with other content-based recipe apps and websites, including UK-based Mob. However, its personalized approach and interactive recipes will ensure that Kitchen Stories can continue to differentiate itself from its rivals, and scale its customer base.
