Who you are
- The ideal candidate excels at turning complex technology into clear, value-driven messaging for non-technical, field-based audiences across industries like construction, logistics, manufacturing, and energy
- You bring a mix of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and content development expertise, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Minimum 5 years of B2B software marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Product Marketing
- Demonstrated success in Enterprise SaaS product marketing
- Experience marketing to industries with physical operations (e.g. , construction, manufacturing, logistics, energy, field services) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to develop positioning frameworks, messaging strategy, sales collateral, and enablement programs
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales process and how to support and influence it through marketing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Expertise in translating complex technology into clear, value-based messaging for non-technical audiences
- Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional communication and influence skills
- Strong storytelling ability with a portfolio of impactful content
- Self-starter with a bias for action, able to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across strategic and tactical workstreams
- Comfortable driving alignment and decision-making across teams
- Committed to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and outputs
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team at OpenSpace
- This is a high-impact, player-coach role that will shape how we bring products to market and scale our product marketing function
- You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop compelling narratives, execute go-to-market plans, and build enablement programs that drive customer and business success
- Positioning & Messaging: You'll develop customer-facing positioning and messaging that translates complex product capabilities into simple, resonant value for field-based and non-technical audiences
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead cross-functional GTM execution for product launches, including messaging, asset creation, internal alignment, and sales readiness
- Sales Enablement: Design and deliver high-impact enablement tools, training, and content that improve rep effectiveness, deal velocity, and confidence in the field
- Content Development: Create and maintain a suite of marketing and sales assets, including sales decks, demo scripts, customer stories, collateral, and event materials
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales—driving alignment, clarity, and execution throughout the product lifecycle
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement scalable systems for asset management, launch planning, and team workflows
- Enterprise Buyer Expertise: Apply knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and buyer behavior to influence messaging, enablement, and channel strategies across the funnel
Our take
360 photos and virtual tours are nothing new. Popularly used to enhance estate agent listings, or create tours of attractions, tools such as Kuula, Panoskin, and Matterport have captured that market. But OpenSpace is applying similar technologies to another industry sector - construction.
With a simple store-bought camera attached to a hard hat, a site walk-through creates a virtual 3D replica of any space. This detailed capture, reminiscent of Google Street View, eliminates the need for site visits, saving time and also reducing risks of visitors to building sites.
Other 360 virtual tour companies will probably offer their services to construction in the future, but OpenSpace hopes to keep the lead with its superior processing speed. (Its approach creates results in just fifteen minutes as opposed to the hours or days of other systems.) It is also well-funded, so can get on with scaling the business and developing additional AI-powered technologies to keep its value up.
