Who you are
- The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing is a seasoned leader in performance marketing with the ambition, passion and expertise to establish a new product category & service and bring a net-new technology product to market
- 7+ years of relevant performance marketing experience in a high growth environment
- You have a successful and demonstrable track record of driving growth across B2B and B2C. Backgrounds in Hospitality, Healthcare, Sports and Fitness are strongly encouraged to apply
- 5-7+ years prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
- Relevant experience to Aescape: early-stage startup, hardware, software, B2B2C product marketing competency, and/or new-to-market product launches. Experience in similar industries - hospitality, wellness, fitness/athletics, or a related field - a plus
- Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You’re a self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- You’re entrepreneurial, knowing how to identify and chase after opportunity, creatively problem solve and take a hands-on approach to getting work done
- You have a sense of urgency and strong time management skills
- You have a pulse on new technology and pride yourself on your ability to learn, adopt, and champion new technologies
What the job involves
- Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will play a pivotal role in advancing our performance marketing strategy
- As Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will play a leadership role in driving go-to-market (GTM) media strategies and overall growth of Aescape as we enter the market and scale our business globally. This is a rare opportunity to be a part of a 0-to-1 company and spearhead a net-new product launch
- The Performance Marketing role is to effectively manage and scale Aescape’s media channels. This includes:
- Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution
- Partner and enhance relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities. Bring awareness and performance marketing campaigns together for increased effectiveness
- Establish and analyze key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continually improve campaign performance. Proactively champion funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
