Who you are

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the telecom and networking landscape, or who has the capacity to learn quickly, so they can confidently consult on serviceability, pricing, and solution recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders, including carriers

What the job involves

The complexion of Meter’s customer base is moving towards multi-location opportunities, including international locations. This shift will continue driving a significant increase in the monthly volume of quote requests, while requiring a more hands-on approach from the team to define and operationalize best practices. To support this growing demand, we are hiring a program manager to oversee the Connect quoting process
Managing Connect’s quoting process, ensuring every quote request moves through our funnel at the right pace, with the best pricing, and tailored recommendationsPartnering with our offshore Connect Quoting Specialists, Sales, and Operations teams to consult customers on the best connectivity options
Driving down the average turnaround time on standard domestic quotes and complex/multi-location quotes
Measuring and managing SLAs to ensure optimal performance with Connect’s quoting process
Designing and launching a repeatable process for international circuits, including a carrier playbook
Building a multi-location quoting playbook that standardizes structure and serviceability logic for multi-site quoting requests
