Who you are
- We’re looking for analysts and builders who are seeking a role at the intersection of high impact and high collaboration across organizations and systems

- 5+ years of experience in a consultative analyst role or data product management role - consulting or data analytics, or strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science

- You thrive in cross-functional projects that have a heavy combination of technical requirements and user-focused workflows
- Experience with SQL, Python, Typescript or other programming languages, or the sheer willpower to learn them in a short-order

What the job involves
- Be the face of the Business Analytics Data Platform at Anduril - meet with stakeholders from across the company on how to best leverage our data platform and enable data driven decisions throughout Anduril
- Platform Roadmap - collaborate with our Data Engineering team to prioritize and design platform level features that will unlock faster additional users and streamlined data development workflows
- User Roadmap - lead the roll-out and enablement campaign for analytics. Organize bootcamps, hold office hours, and train users on best practices to enable self-serve analytics and data application development
- Seek out problems that can be solved with data and proactively work with the organization to make it a reality
- Become a trusted resource for Anduril leadership in helping them run their organizations more effectively
Our take
Anduril makes hardware and software for defense agencies including the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Its hardware products include specialist drones with a long flight time and surveillance towers.
This hardware is tied together by proprietary software, the Lattice platform, which uses sensor fusion, machine learning, and mesh networking to integrate real-time data from Anduril hardware and third-party systems into a single, autonomous operating picture. While the hardware observes and detects, the software can make decisions as to the threat level of any anomalies, and so allow for observation and protection of an area or building with minimal manpower.
Anduril closed a Series E funding round in 2022 led by Valor Equity Partners. This funding was used for research and development of its autonomous defense products, such as the Roadrunner, a modular twin-jet powered autonomous vehicle that can take off and land vertically. Variants of the Roadrunner include defensive warhead armed interceptors which are the first drone weapons that can be retrieved after deployment. The company has also expanded to Australia where it is working in tandem with the Australian Defence Force to improve its military technology and infrastructure and is recruiting talent worldwide to support its rapidly growing portfolio of defense projects.
