What the job involves
- You will play a pivotal role in turning Foleon’s strategic marketing plans into compelling campaigns and programs for both prospects and customers
- You will lead a team of talented marketing communications professionals, fostering collaboration and creativity to ensure consistently excellent communications programs that build brand position and drive commercial success across all paid, owned and earned channels
- Develop and Execute Marketing Communication Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall commercial objectives and targets key audiences, taking into account all channels, and audiences at all parts of the marketing funnel
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth. Your focus is on collaboration and consistent, predictable, high-quality output across all programs, campaigns, and channels
- Agile Working: You will lead a talented team of ‘T-shaped’ marketers responsible for creating the campaigns and programs to support brand development and drive pipeline creation. Functioning as a scrum team able to concept, build and deliver marketing collateral and campaigns, you will support them in achieving operational excellence through agile working. Fostering collaboration, supporting continual learning and achieving consistently excellent output in a dynamic business environment are your key focus areas
- Collaboration: Work side by side with the Director of Demand Generation and Product Marketing Manager to ensure commercial objectives are supported by excellent full funnel programs and campaigns that deliver demonstrable results
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and make data-driven improvements
- Content Excellence: Oversee and support the creation of all content forms to all audiences, ensuring the creation of structured, effective customer/prospect journeys and the realization of a demonstrably effective full-funnel marketing communications approach (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Expansion, Retention)
- Brand Development: Support and guide the team in further developing the Foleon brand, ensuring consistently excellent on-brand execution across all marketing communications, and that all campaigns and programs further develop and strengthen the brand across all channels to all audiences
