What the job involves
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment in a role that is expected to grow rapidly alongside the business growth ambitions
- You will perform a wide range of operational processes to service existing clients using our platform
- Triage and troubleshoot issues working closely with our internal Product and Development team
- Support the roll out of new features and help preparing operational processes and training with our clients
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry, learning from the team as you grow with the role
