HR Generalist, Aechelon Technology

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar
• Knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and office management best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite

• We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team
• The HR Generalist will provide essential support to all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• This role will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and programs, contributing to a positive workplace culture and the overall satisfaction of our employees
• Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and performing interviews
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration support
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Assist in conducting employee engagement initiatives and resolving employee issues in alignment with company policies
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and support annual enrollment processes
• Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records, tracking required documentation for compliance and audits
• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support training initiatives to ensure employees understand HR policies and adhere to best practices
• Support office management activities, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a functional office environment
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as needed
