Who you are

You’ve been in a senior developer role for at least 3yrs
Strong knowledge of C# and/or Unity
Strong subject matter expert, with a deep technical understanding in one or more relevant technical areas (see below)
Creative problem solver, but pragmatic. You work fast and understand that good is often better than perfect, whilst holding yourself to high standards for (internal) customer experience and project management. What the job involves

A senior software engineer is responsible for software development projects across our varied technical solutions. As part of the technology team, you’ll help make our technology solutions best-in-class whilst delivering a fun and immersive group experience to customers
Reporting to the Software VP, you'll be working on a variety of projects, including building control systems to enable in-venue staff to easily operate our gamebox product and SDK’s to provide 3rd-party Game developers access to our platform. You will be immersed in the world of gaming, industrial automation, working with hardware and software to create a single robust solution. We use rapid iteration and data-driven feedback loops to discover the best ideas for our unique hardware
Own, manage and execute your software development projects, including planning and project management
Plan and manage your own work, including creating project plans based on technical and non-technical requirements
Interact with a variety of other team members across departments, both internal and contractors
